Brown Wave sandstone is a natural stone that is quarried in Asia. This sandstone deposit is removed from the quarry in blocks of 4 feet by 8 feet to 12 feet square. Quarrying operations typically include drilling holes along the perimeter of the blocks followed by cutting the block stone out of the deposit using saws equipped with diamond wire, or by splitting the stone.
The splitted stone is then further splitted in to smaller slabs and transported to our affiliated factory. These smaller slabs are then processed in square cut flagstone pavers, patio pavers, paving stones, wall coping, pool coping, step stairs, pier caps, outdoor kitchen countertop, cobblestone, fireplace stone veneers, retaining wall, etc.
For sawn finish, the raw blocks are cut to size by sawing machine and the edges finished by hand.
